In this fast paced class you'll create up to five new stop motion movies using a different medium each day. Animate with ducks, with a green screen, and new for 2025, film with anime characters. Students work in age appropriate groups. All Flix will be professionally edited and downloadable within a month after camp ends. $35 Production fee is included in the price of camp. STEM + Pokémon Using LEGO® Materials with Play-Well

Prepare for a full-day LEGO® camp packed with hands-on and minds-on STEM fun! First, build projects inspired by cool machines while applying real-world concepts in physics, engineering, and architecture. Then join Ash and Pikachu to explore the vast world of Pokémon as we build and catch our favorite Pokémon, rescue Pikachu from Team Rocket, and take a ride on the S.S. Anne to uncover rare and mystic Pokémon. Come along on our journey to catch 'em all!

Mine, Craft, Build: Adventure Game Using LEGO® Materials Bring Minecraft to life using LEGO® bricks! Resourcefulness, creativity, and cooperation come together in this unique building adventure game; roll the dice to mine for resources and use these resources to build special items to help in our adventures! Build a zoo, create a medieval castle, and design a tree house village! This experience is an original game designed by Play-Well instructors inspired by the popular game, Minecraft. Students will have a blast, even without any prior experience with Minecraft or the LEGO® building system.

TinkerTech's expert instructors will introduce skill-building activities from our curriculum of hands-on projects including building with electric circuits, making simple machines, and programming robots. Dive into the world of programming and robotics, exploring a variety of robotics kits and tools to build and program bots, rovers, and more. Join forces with your fellow campers for mini challenges and gear up for the Friday demo where your robotic creations take center stage. Whether you're a budding coder or future engineer, you'll have the chance to exercise your problem-solving skills and use your creativity while making friends.
Dungeons & Dragons Summer Camp
Age: 5th-11th grade
Explore ancient ruins and discover strange magic and incredible creatures. Get the dice out for this pencil-and-paper, collaborative game of adventure and imagination. Participants take the initiative to direct the storytelling through the choices they make role-playing their characters. In each group, we create a unique story arc that follows our heroes as they become powerful forces of their realm. This program is for all experience levels and is an excellent introduction to tabletop role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons. We make take a break for participants to play outside and have an opportunity to eat their snack. Please pack a water bottle and heavy snack daily.
$20 materials fee is due upon thee first group meeting. It covers dice, notebook/binder folders, character sheets, digital tools, game accessories, and craft materials that participants may use and/or bring home.
Instructor: Kids' Choice Camps. Game Master Michel Harris has a BA from SFSU in performing arts, has been running D&D games for 10 years, and has extensive experience working with kids in gaming groups and theater programs.
